Everything on this site — guides, comparisons, course reviews, calculators — is published for general educational purposes.
Nothing here is:
- Financial or investment advice. We are not licensed advisers. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
- Tax advice. The tax estimator is arithmetic using a simplified model. Tax treatment of digital assets is unsettled and varies enormously by jurisdiction.
- Legal advice. Regulation of digital assets differs by country and changes frequently.
- A recommendation of any project, collection, marketplace or token.
Decisions you make about your own money are yours. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
On digital assets specifically
NFTs and cryptocurrencies are high-risk. Prices are volatile, many assets are illiquid and cannot be sold at any price, and transactions are irreversible — there is no chargeback, no fraud department and no authority able to undo a transfer. You can lose everything you put in, and a very large number of people have.
We would rather say that plainly here than have it implied by a disclaimer nobody reads.
Accuracy
We take care to be accurate and we date every page. We do not warrant that content is current, complete or error-free. Course prices, ratings, marketplace fees, royalty policies and tax rules all change, sometimes without notice. Verify anything you intend to act on.
If you find an error, tell us — we will correct it.
The calculators
The tools produce estimates based on the figures you enter. They run in your browser and we do not see their inputs or outputs. They may contain errors, they omit factors that may apply to you, and they are not a substitute for professional advice. Use them to understand the shape of a question, not to settle it.
